Acting as
Consultant Engineers to liaise with the owner or their
representatives of projects in bidding of the projects including
the preparation of tender documentations which includes
specification, schedule of prices for tender. We also furnish
reports of tender status to our clients for consideration and
acceptance. We also prepare contract documents for signing by
the parties concerned. |

Investigating
data information relevant to Control, Electrical &
Instrumentation services and furnishing cost estimates to
clients. |

|
Acting as
adviser in the implementation of project and appointment of site
staffs. |
| |
|
|
|
Meeting,
liaising, discussing and obtaining necessary information from
various departments and divisions of Tenaga Nasional Berhad. |

|
|
|
Designing,
reviewing, vetting through drawings, liaising with the Architect
for project requirements, endorsing, certifying and submitting
all drawings/documents generated for control, electrical,
instrumentation, telephone, firefighting, plumbing, sanitary and
other mechanical services which are required for submission and
approval by the authorities (through all stages). |

Arranging for
and attending all site meeting and site inspections including
giving instructions to contractors relating to their
installation works and carrying out periodical supervisions of
the installations. |

Issuing
progress payment certificate for the Electrical, Instrument and
Telephone installations. |

|
|
Arranging for
and witnessing all commissioning test. |
| |
|
|
|
Arranging for
the proper handling over the project to the owners. |
